Product Description

The MGH477 series is an integrated Hall sensor with an H-bridge output driver designed for single-phase brushless DC motor applications. Using a BCD process, the product includes an on-chip Hall sensor for magnetic sensing, an amplifier to amplify the Hall voltage, a comparator to provide switching hysteresis to suppress noise, and a bidirectional driver to sink and drive high current loads.
The product has low power consumption and a quiescent operating current of 1.2mA, which is much lower than similar products in the market, helping to improve the efficiency and reliability of the fan.
